Good to know before you book
For the smooth running of my business and also for an all round great experience for clients, it is imperative that these policies are kept at all times.
Cancellations
24hr time period has to be given to avoid being black-listed for future bookings.
Lateness
If running late to your booking, text me at least 15mins before your given time slot, to avoid your slot being automatically cancelled.
Plus one
I kindly ask that you do not bring any plus ones to your appointments. If an additional person is with you upon arrival they will be asked to wait outside.
Allergies
Clients MUST inform me prior to booking your slot if you've ever had a reaction to eyelashes/lash glue before. Failure to inform me will result in you getting blacklisted immediately.
Payments
All payments should be made in cash only.
Lash care tips
- Keep your eyelashes clean
- Avoid oil-based products
- Don't pick or pull on them
- Don't use any mascara
- Book next appointment
